How are the Active Grip shoes specially designed for running?

When you run, each impact with the ground generates a shock wave equivalent to three times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spine. These shock waves are extremely hard on your joints. A good pair of running shoes is key for absorbing shocks and dispersing vibrations.
