When you run, each impact with the ground generates a shockwave equivalent to three times your weight. This wave runs from the heel to the top of the spine. Shockwaves from running can be hard on your joints. The Run Comfort running shoe was designed to protect you from shocks and impacts.

What guarantees the cushioning in Run Comfort running shoes?

The cushioning in Run Comfort running shoes is provided by a sole made of exclusive flexible and soft EVA foam that we have dubbed Kalensole, along with the “Circular System” technology: an air hole in the foam at the heel enables more effective and uniform dispersion of the shockwave.

How to choose the right sized running shoe

For optimum comfort, choose one size larger than what you usually wear. Be sure to have 1 cm between your toe and the tip to accommodate for normal swelling during your runs.

My daughter's only reason for not giving them 5 stars is because she likes the colours but you can only see it from an angle.
