Improve your performance using the repeat timer

The repeat countdown function is used for:
- setting time objectives and stopping when the time has elapsed
- carrying out simple interval training where countdown times are all the same, e.g. 30 seconds of acceleration, then 30 seconds of rest, then 30 seconds of acceleration, etc.
The REPEAT function can be deactivated.

Measure your times using the lap timer

Measure your time between points of reference, such as laps or km using split-timer function. Track your regularity or progress over a set distance.
