The wrist guards should be worn with the plastic shell over the palm. The R and L markings on each wrist guard can help young kids learn right from left.

All kids grow at their own pace. That’s why our size guide is based on age and weight:
XXS: ages 3–7, or less than 25 kg
XS: ages 6–10, or 25–35 kg
S: ages 9–15, or less than 50 kg

Our Play 3 set 3 safety pad is quality checked and certified with EN 14120 standard. This European standard sets out requirements and testing methods for ergonomics, safety, comfort, fit, durability, abrasion and impact performance for wrist, palm, knee and elbow protectors for all users of roller sports equipment. The safety and comfort of novice riders is our main concern.

Bought size XS for my 9 year old as he is quite small - weight guide says XS between 25-50kg or 6-10 years. They are quite tight and he is skinny - go up one size if your child doesn’t have skinny legs. They have a good Lycra pull on sleeve for tight fit as well as Velcro elastic straps.
