How to wear the wrist guards

The wrist guards should be worn with the plastic shell over the palm. The R and L markings on each wrist guard can help young kids learn right from left.

Sizing

All kids grow at their own pace. That’s why our size guide is based on age and weight:
XXS: ages 3–7, or less than 25 kg
XS: ages 6–10, or 25–35 kg
S: ages 9–15, or less than 50 kg
Trying the product in-store can help you choose the right size.

It offers good protection, only if you can find your size, I was getting for my 5 year old and the only thing that fit was the wrist guards, I had to mix and match things and even then it still wasn't a good fit
