TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

100% UV protection

Because UV rays are harmful to eyes, all our goggles are certified 100% Anti-UV by the EN 174 Standard. Goggles offer the best protection as they perfectly enclose the eyes, preventing any direct or reflected UV light from entering

S1 lens

S1 is a light lens for seeing better in bad weather, fog or snow. For this product, we selected a lens with a pink tint to improve the view of the terrain in bad weather. However, vision remains poor in these conditions. You must be careful and not place yourself in danger in unknown and hazardous areas.
The lenses are not scratch resistant.

Optimal anti-fogging

“Optimal" anti-fogging combines a treated dual lens and an air vent on the frame that ventilates the inside of the ski goggles.
For good ventilation, do not block air vents with a neck warmer, for example.
Do not rub the inside of the lens. Instead, dab the surface to ensure the anti-fogging treatment remains for as long as possible.

Ventilated dual lens

Goggle design with a double-ventilated lens to limit fogging. The air trapped between the lenses creates a layer of thermal insulation. The thermal shock between the inside and the outside of the mask is lower and fogging slows down on the mask's inner lens. The inner lens also has an anti-fogging treatment and is equipped with air vents that provide a good air flow.

Spherical lens

The spherical shape gives the least optical distortion.
The outer lens is made from injection-moulded polycarbonate, which is extremely shock-resistant. The inner lens is made from acetate.

Ski helmet compatibility

All Wedze ski goggles are designed to fit perfectly with Wedze ski helmets.

Compatible with prescription eyeglasses.

The G 900 FL S1 ski goggles in size L allows for the use of prescription eyeglasses with a maximum width of 145 mm. The foam on the sides and the shape of the goggle skirt leaves a passage for each temple.

Strap

40 mm-wide polyamide, polyester, and rubber elastic, 3 non-slip silicone straps.

Coloured Flash lens

A coloured coating on the outside of the lens (referred to as coloured Flash) reduces the percentage of light that reaches the eye, preventing glare and improving clarity in sunny conditions
Warning: lenses are not scratch-resistant.

EN 174 Standard

The EN 174 Standard is a European standard applied to goggles used for eye protection when downhill skiing or snowboarding. The ANSI American Standard is more stringent than the European standard for shock- and impact-resistance.
These ski goggles pass both these standards.

Avoid fogging

Moisture causes fogging. To prevent this, the foam should not get damp, for example by placing the goggles on a wet helmet or a hat. Falling face-down in the snow can also cause your goggles to fog up. It’s recommended to correctly dry your ski goggles overnight to get rid of all traces of humidity and use entirely dry goggles the next day.
