This skipping rope is not comfortable to use and i was expecting this can be adjustable.. But this cannot be adjusted

Like and easy to use
Great rope for both new & experienced jumpers

I have been regularly jumping rope for 2 years now, I can manage 30+ mins continuous jumping (relatively easily) and have tried a lot of different ropes.

This is a great rope for both beginners and experienced jumpers alike. The rope has a good weight and flex which means it whips through the air with plenty of feel at a good pace. The handles are rugged, with a coating which gives excellent grip and, because of their shape, are easily rotated in the hand whilst skipping to prevent build-up of sweat.

Don't be fooled by the false hype of other, more expensive ropes - this is a brilliant rope at a brilliant price. Highly recommended.

I also have the 'DOMYOS Weighted Skipping Rope': This is also good, with a heavier rope, but I prefer the handles on the JR500.
