Design

I work closely with an engineer and a product designer to develop and enrich our collection of soccer goals with increasingly innovative models. For the Classic Goal collection, we kept customer feedback in mind as we focused on recreating the feel of playing with a real goal while making sure to create a durable, safe, and high-quality product.

Durability Test

When designing the Classic Goal, we carried out Kipsta-specific tests that guarantee product durability, stability, and safety.
For example, to assess a product's solidity, we perform load tests in our laboratory that reproduce a child's weight. During this test, we apply a 45 kg load to the goal to check that it doesn't get deformed.

Resistance Test

To test the durability of the hooks that hold the net in place, our test engineers helped us set up a fatigue test to reproduce the net's behaviour during a game. We were able to verify that, over the course of 5000 cycles, the hooks don't break.

Do these fold away easy enough for storage

Thanks for your question. These are easy to assemble and disassemble, but in terms of easy folding, this isn't what they were made for. Our Kage, or inflatable goals would be better for that, but they are less sturdy as a result. Below you have a link to the kage as an example.
