I could not wear these shoes as they were too narrow in the fore-foot and caused pain after wearing for a while. I did not use them biking, and instead returned them.

My last pair of SPD shoes, the cleat bolt stripped and I'd had the shoes for 6 years so it was time to replace. Many reviews, shops looked at and then I said to myself, STOP! Decathlon is where you shop! So I did. Dropped into the store and tried a few different designs unt
il I put these on. What a fit! The lace up system is so much better than velcro, and being material means they dry quicker and despite being material, quite warm (considering I've been riding in minus temperatures). The boot bit is more comfortable than being 'just a shoe' too. I'm very happy with these, gravel biking everywhere. Had them a few weeks, many MANY rides, highly recommended from me to you. 👍
