Easy to sharpen

The knife's Scandinavian grind makes it easy to sharpen. Just place the blade flat on your sharpening support such as a steel or a stone, then, keeping the blade flat, sweep the blade down the stone along the whole length of the edge. This will help retain the initial edge for optimal cutting!

5Cr15 stainless steel

Our engineers selected the 5Cr15 stainless steel on this knife for 3 reasons:

- the steel is sufficiently strong to endure 2 hours of cutting branches or treating venison.
- the steel is soft enough to allow easy sharpening thanks to a hardness of around 56 HRC and to regain its edge in a few passes on a sharpening base
- the steel has a good resistance to corrosion due to its chemical composition.

Plastic transport sheath

For your safety, keep the knife in its case at all times once you have completed your task. And to keep you safe while you're on the move, our design team has devised a system to lock the knife in its case. To take the knife out, just press with your thumb while pulling the knife out of the sheath. To replace the knife, push it into the sheath until you hear a click.
