Construction
This very sturdy, lightweight board has an EPS core, a layer of organically sourced epoxy resin, and wood veneer. Wood veneer helps reduce the risk of dinging and denting. The use of wood instead of PVC reduces the product’s environmental impact. Our wood comes from FSC-certified plantations (Forest Stewardship Council).
Foam shaped by a CNC machine.
Durable construction.
Shape
Tail: A square tail speeds up rail-to-rail transitions.
Bottom: Single to double concave. The single concave up front improves speed when the board is flat (when taking off, for example). The double concave near the tail provides greater control. Rocker: Low (6.4%). This makes take-off easier and lets you move easily on the board.
Fin assembly
The screwless FCS II central fin slides into a slot.
