Mesh cap:
Easy to put on, comfortable. Not too tight, ideal for beginners, practical for spa use. Suitable for aquafitness (traps less heat).

Silicone mesh cap:
Easy to slip on, better grip, ideal for intermediate swimmers.

Silicone cap:
Good grip, less drag, ideal for advanced swimmers (training and competitions). Caution: Snug fit makes it more difficult to put on.

Fitting

This swim cap is highly elastic and stretch-resistant, but still prone to tearing. Be very careful with your fingernails and hair clips when putting it on.
