Water does get in but I think that’s with all swim caps. I love how the cap slides on to my head and it’s comfortable to wear. I do have a small head

o keep your hair from coming in between your swims. Silicon Mesh caps are of similar material to that of your swimsuit along with silicon molded which provide Medium water tightness. Alternatively I suggest if you're looking for more water tightness to go for silicon caps, but these also do not provide for 100% water tightness as water enters through the gap between the cap and your ears.
