Aquafitness is a great low-impact activity. Exercising in water reduces the stress on your joints, even though your muscles have to work harder against the water’s resistance. Without even realizing it, you’re getting a more
intense workout!

Why do I need a swimsuit with bust support?

When you’re doing aquafitness, your breasts move and bounce,
and can weigh up to five times more than usual, regardless of your shape or age. A swimsuit with a built-in bra helps protect against this impact. We have three levels of support to choose from.

Support that matches your activity

Light support: Best for gentle activity (gentle aquafitness, aquabiking, strength training, aqua yoga, etc.)
Moderate support: Best for moderate to intense activity (aquafitness, aqua Zumba, aqua boxing, etc.)
Enhanced support: Best for intense activity with repetitive movement (aqua jump, aqua cross training, etc.)
For fuller busts, we recommend the enhanced support model.

It looks very good but the sizing it way out. I purchased a size bigger as I often need to do a quick change. Unlike the Mary Yuka (same UK size) I purchased at the same time this was at least one size smaller than I would normally purchase i.e. at least two sizes smaller than that stated. It is smaller than the one I purchased in my normal size. It creates bulges where they should not be any and feels as if the stitching on the back will not last long as it was tight on the hips. I was so pleased with the Yuka that I removed the labels before trying on and as there is not a store near me returning would have been difficult.
