You surf intensively—it’s your favourite sport. You paddle out to the line-up, duck-dive under the breaking waves if you are on a shortboard, or turtle-roll if you are on a longboard. You show no fear in waves of more than one metre. Your swimsuit has to stay in place, whatever the strength of the wave. Our range was designed for your intensive surfing and body type.
Versatile beachwear
Whether you’re surfing or swimming in the sea, you want a swimsuit that will stay put! This is why we test all our swimsuits in the waves. This model is designed for surfing, but is also suitable for sports such as stand-up paddle boarding, sailing, swimming, etc.
Design
Our Carla suit is ideal for surfing and bodyboarding, stand-up paddle boarding and other watersports. It provides total coverage to limit chafing against the board and wax. The arms and shoulders are left open for great range of movement, and the style is designed to accentuate your curves. The zippered back makes it easier to get on and off.
Stays in place in the waves:
Our swimsuits are designed to stay in place in the waves. Our women’s styles are tested by a panel of female surfers with different body types. They’re first tested in a pool under simulated surfing conditions, then worn during real sessions in the ocean.
Feel confident in your bathing suit
For 6 years, we’ve been working to help women feel confident at the beach. Our mission is to ensure that women of all shapes and sizes are able to find a bathing suit they feel great in.
Removal of plastic hygiene stickers from our swimwear
As of 2022, all women’s Decathlon-designed swimsuits will be sold without plastic hygiene stickers. This decision was made to help protect our planet and reduce plastic waste, saving 940 km of plastic every year!
Please do your part by keeping your underwear on in our changing rooms.
Dry and wet sizing
Swimsuits become looser when wet, so it’s important to choose the correct size. The swimsuit should fit snugly when you try it on in the fitting room. Keep in mind that the elastane in some of our swimsuits softens and relaxes in the water.
Olaian, Decathlon’s surf brand
Decathlon’s surfing brand, Olaian, is based in Hendaye, France. With our offices right by the water, we can design products and field-test them the very same day.

An ABCDE rating shows the environmental impact of a product. Put forward by ADEME, it takes into account production, transportation, usage, and waste generated at the end of a product’s life.
