TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

What type of fit is the 900 base layer?

The 900 base layer comes in a slim fit.
It acts as a second skin that hugs the body and reduces rubbing.

What are the advantages of merino wool and Dry Yarn?

Merino wool offers excellent temperature control in both hot and cold weather.
It is a hydrophilic fibre that can absorb up to 30% of its weight in water without appearing wet.
It lets the moisture absorbed evaporate very slowly. To counteract this effect, we have created a hybrid fibre combination using Dry Yarn fibre, a very powerful hydrophilic polypropylene that speeds up the drying process and removes moisture.

Animal welfare and origin

The wool contained in our base layers comes from South Africa. It was chosen for its quality and the guarantee that animal welfare has been respected (no mulesing).

Technical product structure

The intelligent 3D knitting forms deep insulation compartments. These insulation compartments trap warm air from your body and serve as a buffer against the cold.

Staying warm on the slopes

You need three technical layers to keep warm on the ski slopes:
- Layer 1, a second skin, to stay dry.
- Layer 2, an insulating layer, to keep the heat in.
- Layer 3, a protective layer, to protect against bad weather.

Our products’ environmental impact

The product’s environmental impact is calculated across its entire life using a range of indicators. An ABCDE rating shows the environmental impact of a product. Put forward by ADEME, it takes into account production, transportation, usage, and waste generated at the end of a product’s life.
