I got one swimming shorts and one running shorts. I just tried the swimming shorts. that size was suitable for me. so I decided to take the running shorts. I didn't try this one because I thought the size must be the same as the swimming shorts, but in action that is small for

Worst shorts for long distance running or if you sweat a lot. The seams are flat but of no use it makes too much rashes, and it pains post run once go shower; better go for some seamless shorts.

I bought these in store as I'm a fan of shorts with an integrated compression lining and loved the pockets - which are brilliant; at the time I didn't realise they also had a pant liner in addition to the compression liner. I went out a run and found that I was experiencing so
me chafing and realised this was caused by the pant liner. I've subsequently cut out that liner but now the waistband doesn't sit right due to the folded design. If these got rid of the pant liner and improved the compression material to a more ventilated/breathable style these would be a perfect pair of shorts. As they currently stand they're so close but so far.
