Five toes

The five toes of the foot are kept apart by a very fine anti-friction thread that reduces irritation when they rub against each other.

Anti-friction yarn zoning

With the DECATHLON Sportslab (our R&D department), we have superimposed the map of perspiration levels during physical exercise over that of potential blistering when running to ensure the anti-friction yarn is in the right areas. On this model, it starts at the heel, goes through the midfoot arch, and finishes on each toe to reduce chafing.
