The massage accessories (roller, ball, or stick) are designed for massage yourself after sports.

What is the massage roller (Foam roller) for?

The massage roller provides a deep massage of the muscles using body weight.
Its smooth foam makes it more comfortable to use than hard rollers while still allowing a deep self-massage. Great for those new to massage, it's perfectly shaped for massaging your back, thighs, and calves and is used on the ground.
Lightweight yet very sturdy, it withstands up to 150 kg (330 lb).

What is the massage ball for?

The massage ball provides a deep massage of muscles, allowing you to precisely target specific points: contraction points (knots) and trigger points. Its shape perfectly embraces the arch of your foot, your back, and your calves and you roll it on the ground (feet, calves) or along the wall (back)

What is the massage stick for?

The massage stick allows deep massaging of your muscles. You can exert as much pressure as you choose, depending on what intensity and depth of massage you're after.
Perfect for thigh and calf massages.
