We used this for trail running instead, and the results were remarkable. It was able to cover a long distance without needing to be refilled. Plus, it was able to carry other essentials. The locking mechanism isn't the most optimal, especially when your hands are dirty, but it seals the water tightly.

Interesting strap design, the bladder is really good quality for such a low price.

So very good and water proof.... I tested in hard rain while biking, all of my important things are in the hydration bag, including my phone.. Then im home and i check my phone.. No leak of water inside in the hydration bag... So very good product i like the bag.

I like it, there are enough compartments for storage and its not exceeding my budget. However, the feature of the tube cap can improve. My cap went missing while cycling.

I bought this for mountain biking but have since used it for running. Using it is simple decent space for extra bits but not a large items. The pouch is easy to clean and doesn’t stain even when putting berry juice in it.

Took this out today for a ten mile run and it was great. Lightweight, holds secure and doesn't move around when running and lots of pockets to put phones, keys, energy pouches in etc. To those saying the water flow isnt that great, you need to bite the plastic slightly to increase water flow. Great little product. Would definitely recommend!

I bought the backpack and bladder for my Spartan Beast and it certainly held up well during that adventure. I had never worn a backpack to run that kind of distance and was worried it would hinder my heavier breathing and movements. However, it was almost like a second singlet as it conforms well to my torso. I now use it often on a daily basis as it holds quite a bit in its many compartments, yet still looks slim and streamlined. I recommend this for running, cycling as well as general use.
