I have purchased the sports shoes of your brand for running for a lady but having problem by these sports shoes in running lady having pain and also having swelling in knee .So I stopped these sports shoes to wear and from one week Lady is also not able to run due to pain and swelling .

We understand your discomfort and we are extremely sorry to listen about the problem. We would request you to change the shoes as this shoe is not correct for you in this case. The shoes that you are using are only meant for walking purposes not for running. For running, we have a different set of shoes that are designed for runners. I would request you to please visit your nearest Decathlon store and kindly get your shoe checked by our experienced walking sports leader. They will be more than happy to assist you. So, it will be better if you visit the store and check our wide range of different running shoes suiting your purpose.
