TECHNICAL INFORMATIONS

What waterproofing features does it offer?

The fabric, fully taped seams, and waterproof zippers make this jacket waterproof up to 10,000 Schmerbers. This jacket has been validated in a shower test: the fabric can resist up to 10,000 mm of water pressure after 5 washes.
Our waterproof membrane is not made for rugged vegetation (branches, brambles, etc.), so be careful when running through forests!

This jacket has an elastic tightening system at the base to prevent air from getting inside so you can stay comfortable in the cold.

And what about breathability?

It is breathable (RET < 6) thanks to its membrane.
To find out if a fabric is breathable, we test its evaporative resistance (RET) based on the ISO 11092 standard. The lower the fabric’s resistance, the more perspiration evaporates and the higher the fabric’s breathability.
For example: - RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric 9 < RET < 12 = very breathable fabric 12 < RET < 20 = breathable fabric RET > 20 = little or no breathability.

A smart and practical jacket: Pocket Compact Stores easily

The jacket has 2 pockets for greater comfort and a separate waterproof storage pocket (in the left-hand pocket) so you can store your jacket after use without getting your other things wet.

a hood that fits

The jacket has a hood with an elastic fastening system. It hugs your head and stays in place when your turn. A semi-rigid visor prevents water from running down the front in heavy rain.

The collar protects you from bad weather

The jacket is equipped with a wide storm collar to protect the back of the neck and keep you well insulated on long runs or in bad weather.

WASHING and CARE instructions

Washing: handwash in lukewarm water or in the washing machine on a short, delicate cycle (30°), using a small quantity of liquid detergent and a slow spin. Do not use powder detergent, fabric softener, or bleach.
Drying: reshape the garment and leave to air dry.
When completely dry, you can tumble dry at low temperature on a short and cold/delicate program to restore water repellency.

It is important to choose your layers according to the intensity of your activity, the terrain (uphill, flat, downhill), and the weather. This prevents you from getting wet.
Remember to adjust your layers during your activity and layer appropriately.
Layer 1: Breathable (transfers perspiration from skin to other layers)
Layer 2: Insulating (insulates from the cold and provides warmth)
Layer 3: Protective (wind/rain)

Love this running jacket, light and definitely waterproof, and has a really small handy inner pocket, to keep keys so they don't
jiggle about, good colour and flourecent stripes, peaked hood good if you wear glasses like I do. Very happy!

With the wet weather we’ve had this summer I was fed up getting soaked!
This jacket is great, definitely waterproof, inside and out, which should be noted, as it gets pretty sweaty. But for the price I was not expecting it to be fully breathable and it’s not an issue.
Another bonus is it packs up very small, perfect as part of mandatory kit list.
