Outer jacket pocket system

2 hand pockets All the pockets close with waterproof zippers.

Adjustable hood

Elastic drawstring to adjust height and depth. Storm-style hood offers excellent coverage, with a visor for maximum face protection

Other adjustments

The bottom of the jacket is easy to adjust with an elastic drawstring
The end of the sleeves adjusts with velcro tabs

Sizing information

Standard cut. The jacket's inner layer can be worn over a warm second layer such as a pullover or micro-fleece.

Removable Padded Jacket

The inside padded layer is easy to remove, thanks to a zipper system. It can be worn alone and has two hand pockets and a secure inside pocket.

Component waterproofing

A fabric’s resistance is measured using water pressure expressed in water column mm (test based on ISO 811). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. A component with a waterproof rating of 2,000 mm is therefore resistant to the pressure exerted by a 2,000 mm column of water (roughly equivalent to a 2-hour downpour).

I wanted something waterproof and warm I could wear down to the allotment without worrying I would trash it with mud. It has been used for so much more. It's not bulky, it's wind proof, it's definitely waterproof (well tested there), and it's warm. You can unzip the inner for a waterproof/wind proof shell. It has pit zips so you can keep ventilated on a bike.

The inner jacket is not exactly warm or windproof if using standalone as it has cloth lining at the sides. However the outer jacket is windproof and water resistant. Compared with competitive brand it seems overpriced for rs 6000
