This surf top is very cute, fits nicely and I really like it.
I originally went online to buy a decathlon fitness mat for skipping, which I heard was of really good quality. I only added this cute top because it was on sale, and hey I was already paying for shipping anyway so why not. I am not pleased with the fact that after my order went though, I got an email the next day saying the mat was actually unavailable, has been taken out of my basket and now I basically ended up paying a shipping fee of the same amount as the top. I wasn't even given the option to just cancel the whole thing which is what I would have done. Also, it would've been nice if the mat would just have been sent to me as soon as it were back on stock instead of just having it taken out of my basket and leaving it for me to keep checking the website and order it again. I have emailed customer service about this and was advised to click subscribe and get notified when it's back on stock but this option isn't even on the website because it still shows the mat is in stock even when it isn't. I understand there is one mat left and you guys can't actually send this off to prevent conflict in case two people order it at the same time. Surely, the system is smarter than that? I ordered it because there was one in stock, it gets shipped to me and the website should now say it's not in stock, please subscribe to get notified.
So quite frankly, I'm just really disappointed. I hope you guys can sort this out. My friend says she's very happy with the mat. I wish I could say the same.
