What is prenatal yoga?

Prenatal yoga focuses on poses and breathing techniques that help pregnant women before, during, and after giving birth. Pregnant yogis use various accessories to practise comfortably and improve their strength and flexibility in preparation for childbirth.

They're soft and comfortable but they keep riding up a lot as I workout. I do HIIT amd sometimes cardio in them. They're made exclusively for yoga and light movements.
