Join Décathlon ambassador/coach Stephen Bierbrier every Friday 6:29am for the Arboretum Hill Club's FREE 31 minute fun and sweaty outdoor workout. There will be some running, some hills, some exercises and some smiles. Free parking. In spring, summer, fall, we meet at Dominion Arboretum hill summit (off Prince of Wales). In winter, we meet in Fletcher Wildlife Garden (off Prince of Wales). This is a sweaty workout where you can modify how much and how hard you do. All ages. All fitness levels. Headlamp recommended once sunrise is after 7am. We end the workout with some java at Bridgehead (130 Anderson off of Preston). #HillsYeah

We meet at 282 Elgin Street (Bridgehead). This is an all levels run club. All paces. All ages. Newbies welcome. Nobody gets left behind. We end at 282 Elgin Street for some java and socializing before we get on with our Saturday. #RunToJava
