It’s a nice enough bar. Well built and sturdy without sharp edges and burrs. However, it is not a standard 1 inch diameter, so one can only use Decathlon weights on them. I used it for a while now but when I wanted to add more weight, I looked for secondhand standard plate
s and they won’t fit. So one needs to be aware of that.

Does NOT fit standard 1 inch weights even though the description mentions: “You can use 28 mm (1”) weights”. 1 inch = 25.4 mm Make sure you don’t buy this barbell if you wanna use standard size weights.
