Hello, Thank you for your feedback. You can always return your items that didn't fit. You have two options to make your return for a standard order: In store: return your items to the Decathlon store of your choice. You will get a refund on the same payment method used during
purchase. You will also be able to exchange, depending on product’s availability. By mail: in order to get a return label from Canada Post, you must fill out this form: Canada Post return (ID: PR609216). Please, indicate your order number, which is available in your order confirmation email. Note that there is a 8$+tx fee, which will be deducted from the final refund on your order. We do not do exchanges for online orders, only refunds. If you would like a different size or style, you will have to place a new order online. I finally got a new bike (unfortunately not a Decathlon one) and it has the holes in the frame for this rack. Took me awhile to figure out the fit but once I got it going it was super easy to put on.
