We've had this for 2 years. The plastic hooks for adjusting the net have both snapped off. The internal gears for raising and lowering are completely busted. When you crank the net up, it clicks, moves up an inch, then falls back down. For awhile I was able to get around this

by pushing the next up while I cranked it. Yesterday while playing, the ball hit the rim and the net dropped down fast to its lowest height. Thank goodness no one was under the backboard! Could've been dangerous. Don't waste your money on this.

The backboard shattered after 2 years while simply shooting baskets. The company claims that the net has to be stored away during winter and poor weather and leaving the net outside voids the warranty -- so an outdoor basketball net that CAN'T be left outdoors. Terrible cust

So simple to set up, move and adjust. If you want a good quality basketball hoop that you'll need to move or store away this is an excellent choice. I'm very happy with it!
