Very little assembly required, almost ready to use the moment you open the box. I like that it folds flat, it's great for storage. The base is surprisingly sturdy, but the cushions are a bit thin. The biggest problem are the magnets holding them, they are very weak and don't h
old them properly. This bench could be prefect with stronger magnets or a mechanism to secure the cushioned parts from moving.

Acheté à la base pour sa polyvalence et utilisé depuis moins d’un mois, le banc en lui même est plutôt de bonne qualité. Cependant, véritable problème ergonomique puisque lors des séances d’abdos, les fesses se retrouvent pincées entre l’assise et le dossier, allant pour ma pa
rt jusqu’au frottement important et au saignement.. 1,80m, 74kg, sportif, donc les mensurations ne sont pas le problème ici.. Je ne serais certainement pas allé vers ce produit si j’avais su.
