This jacket is not waterproof at all. I was wearing it for snowboarding for 2 hours and the inner layer was soaked. This is not fit for any winter sports at all.

< 12.If it's warm outside, or if you are spending a lot of energy when you practice, i advice you to do some artificial ventilation (open a little the zip around your neck, unstrap around your wrists.Also, i advice to follow this other recomendation :"How should I dress to avoid getting cold in the mountains?To make sure you stay warm and dry, we recommend using the 3-layer technique:- Layer 1 or second skin, to stay dry.- Layer 2 or insulating layer, to keep the heat in.- Layer 3 to protect against the elements."If it's already what you did, and you still not satisfied about our product, surely, you can come in store to do exhange.See you soon. Not waterproof at all, not fit for purpose

I bought this for a snowboarding trip. It rained and snowed on day 1 and in 3 hours I was soaked through 3 layers down to my skin. The outer layer went transparent and the rain/snow went through the fleece, then my base layer leaving me soaked to the skin and freezing cold. I
had to stop Snowboarding by 12pm to dry off as I was so cold and uncomfortable. The same happened the next day but there was only one light snow fall. It ruined my trip and reduced my time on the slopes.

Hello Anna I am so sorry about your bad experience, you are the first customer to tell us that you had this problem. Our engineers developed this jacket with fully taped seam and 20 000 mm waterproof fabric. We also throughly tested this product in all conditions on snow in th
e mountain. If your experience was so bad there is definitely something wrong with your jacket so you should bring it back to your nearest Decathlon to exchange it against another one that won't have the problem for sure.
