Base
The shock-resistant base is made of high-density polyethylene. It can be ballasted with water or sand (1.5 L) and has 4 flexible feet to keep it perfectly stable during play, even on hard shots.
Cord
The sturdy elastic cord is 2.5 mm in diameter and 4.5 m long. It’s secured through a hole in the base and less likely to get tangled than the cords on other models.
A note on ball durability
The ball used with the tennis trainer is an adult pressureless ball (Artengo TB 160) that features a special loop so you can attach the elastic band. Important: Balls eventually wear down after a while. We've taken great care to produce balls of the highest possible quality, but even so, they can withstand only a few hours of intense play. They are sold separately so they can be easily replaced.
Instructions for use
We recommend making contact with the ball directly above the base when you swing. This will ensure the ball always comes back to roughly the same spot, making it easier to hit successive shots. Kids and anyone looking to practise gentler shots are advised to position themselves ahead of the base, while adults who hit the ball hard should stay behind it.

IVe read one or two comments saying that it is too light and the slightest tap sends it flying all over the place. Perhaps someone give them a bit more that a slight tap to the head?? YOU HAVE TO FILL THE BASE WITH WATER OR SAND BOYS! That's what will provide the stability.

Peu mieux faire, un bouchon de vidange aurai été sympa, et la ficelle oui elle aurai été mieux en version plat que rond, mais bon rien ne vaut de jouer contre un mur.
