How does it work?
The massage tool is suitable for massaging many areas of the body, such as the neck, arm, thighs, calves, pecs. This small accessory is for massaging muscles using hand pressure and vibrations. You can adjust the pressure according to the required intensity and depth of your massage. The vibrations help release tension in the muscles and aid relaxation. Bonus: it’s small so you can take it with you when training or travelling!
Instructions for use
Turn the massage tool on and off by simply pressing the On/Off button until you hear the click. Recharge the battery using the cable provided. The LED turns red when charging and green when the battery has been recharged. Disconnect the cable once the battery is recharged.
