Fabric inside gloves is very abrasive-they will cut up my knuckles in less than 10 minutes of heavy pad work. Cut knuckles can be avoided if your hands are wrapped inside the gloves but the material is also wearing through my wraps. Other than that the gloves are very nice-exc
ellent support and sufficient padding to protect your wrists and hands. Price is decent but I would recommend paying more for gloves that won't cut up your hands.

The padding on these gloves is fantastic, the same you get on more expensive gloves. They have been scratch resistant, and I use these at least once a week to do heavy hitting on a heavy bag. The only issue is that my lower knuckles will begin to hurt after a few minutes of he
avy bag hitting. This may be an issue with more expensive gloves. But I've seen more expensive gloves from other brands at the dojo, and these gloves compare very well.

I can’t speak to impact absorption, because I use them to hit an inflatable punching bag. But these work fine for protecting my hands from abrasions. Easy to get off/on.

Ok for punching a heavy bag for technique

Not bad for the price. Fine for protecting hands when practicing karate blows on a heavy bag. Be sure to check the security tag is removed without damaging the material. Mine were left with a large hole, but I didn't bother returning them as they were the last pair in my size.
