Water repellency of the component
All Wedze gloves and mittens have a water-repellent treatment that makes water slide across the fabric’s surface instead of being absorbed. This means the fabric does not become saturated. It remains light and warm. A treatment applied to the outer surface makes the fabric water repellent. To remain effective, this treatment must be renewed every 2 to 3 washes with specific products that are available in our stores.
Waterproof membrane
These ski gloves have a water-resistant membrane (a very thin polymer film) between the lining and the outer part of the glove. This membrane acts as a barrier to make the product waterproof. The product’s exterior materials are also treated for water repellency. Only a rubber-type glove is watertight. Under extremely wet conditions, a glove with a membrane will have limited waterproofness.
Windproofing
All Wedze gloves and mittens are windproof. Did you know that the wind makes you feel colder? At an outside temperature of 0°C and a wind speed of 20 km/h (12 mph), the temperature will feel like -10°C.Windproof fabrics limit wind chill and cold caused by the speed of the sport.
Sealing
A special cuff has been built inside the 500 gloves. This soft and comfortable cuff keeps out drafts and snow. Extra warmth.
Easy to put on
Simply pull the wrist strap with the opposite hand.
Anti-loss system
An elastic drawstring that goes around the wrist can be used to remove the gloves on ski lifts without losing them.

J'avais acheté une paire car ma fille voulait des gants pour jouer dehors etles autres mitaines d'une marque très connues n'étaient pas assez chaudes et les gants de cette marque trop grand pour ses petites mains. Ceux-ci sont parfaits et oui, ils s'usent rapidement mais j'avo
ue qu'elle joue beaucoup dans la neige, gadoue et creuse des forts...sans se geler les doigts, j'aime mieux payer pour la chaleur et racheter une paire l'année prochaine. La ganse élastique est merveilleuse, aucun gant de perdu et ma fille les trouvent hyper pratiques. Nous adorons pour qualité-prix, grandeur 6 ans fait à partir de 5ans facilement.

Bought 1 week ago and worn for ski school for 1 week. They have been great in the snow, but after 2hrs of ski school in the rain today they are so wet through we could wring them out and our daughter was sobbing with cold wet hands.
