Used it just twice in a smaller hotel pool (intended purpose, there or in other small swimming pools). Have to say it works very well at least for front crawl and breast stroke. Tether could be a bit longer (or at least optional extension available) for pools where an attac
hment point is further away.

Was travelling and using hotel pools. I was going to McGyver a harness with a surfboard leash, but found this instead. Got a lot of impressed/ jealous looks while doing a long swim workout in the short pool.

S’installe très bien à la taille. Pour l’option de les mettre aux pieds j’aime moins… mais les 2 options sont disponibles alors je donne 5 étoiles

I'm so happy with this item I bought two to make my life easier & lengthen its lifespan. It's made swimming in a very shallow giant paddling pool on my patio possible!! I tend to swap halfway through swim as ankle tethers are great for keeping my legs high in front crawl but I
then love the freedom my legs have with the waist belt for breast stroke. It also helps stop strain on my shoulders/back by changing tether. Both options are really well made and very comfortable to wear & fasten. Only problem I had was the waist belt was too tight to wrap comfortably, so I bought two sets and made one belt from two. Not a cheap option but probably my fault for being round! It also gives me a second bungee strap as a very different length is needed to reach my ankles than to reach my waist. A pole is hammered into the flower bed just beyond the patio, behind the pool to slip both the bungee webbing loops over. Swimming this way took some getting used to, it pulled on muscles for a bit, but it is amazing after a while. I recommend a swim snorkel too.
