Thermal comfort and windproofing
The wind can make you feel considerably colder. When the outside temperature is 0°C, winds of 20 km/h (12 mph) make the temperature feel like -10°C. Windproof components fight the discomfort associated with this freezing effect. Windproof elements form a barrier against the wind and effectively reduce heat loss.

The fabric is made water-repellent by treating its outer surface; however, this property may deteriorate with use.

This is an awesome softshell. It has good water repellency and is warm enough for cooler days in spring. Size up if you want a looser fit because it’s pretty fitted.

Excellent quality, comfortable jacket. European sizing means one size up for a snug fit or two for loose. I normally wear a medium but the large is a close fit with a sweater underneath. I could easily wear the XL for a little more room but this jacket looks nice enough for
wearing to meetings and on the trail.

I typically wear Medium but bought this jacket in Large. It was still too small to wear so I would suggest buying 2 sizes up. I will be returning and hopefully able to get an XL. The quality was great all the stiching was good and fabric felt high quality.
