This ski is designed for demanding on-piste skiers seeking a single pair for use in all conditions a day on the slopes can provide. An advanced skier on packed snow will also enjoy having fun on the piste edges.

This ski has a shape with a classic camber, more towards the front, and fairly light. It has no rocker.

These are the widths of the tip, waist and tail. A wide tip makes it easy to enter turns while a narrow waist grips on hard snow.

Sidecuts

This ski has a sandwich structure with a glued, laminated wooden core, making the most of the lightness of fir and responsiveness of beech.When combined with fibreglass, ABS edges and a high molecular weight sole, this construction creates a versatile ski that’s excellent on all types of snow.

Preparation

Maintenance is essential to keep your skis in good condition! Ideally, it should be done before you put them away in the garage at the end of the season: a good coat of wax before putting them away for the summer makes them last longer. Caring for your skis: before, during and at the end of the season?

On the ground, the contact points between ski and snow are close to the tip and tail, whereas the centre (under the bindings) is raised slightly (this is the camber).The longer and higher the camber, the greater the edge grip, and the more responsive the ski. The lower the camber, the more forgiving the ski and the better the handling.

What is a camber?

This involves the tip and tail being raised off the ground. By recentring the contact points between ski and ground, this shortens the contact with the snow and improves handling/lift in soft snow. A longer rocker improves the way the skis handle.
