What is a camber?
The skis make contact with the ground near the tip and tail, while the waist (under the bindings) is slightly raised. The longer and higher the camber, the greater the edge grip, and the more responsive the ski. The lower the camber, the more forgiving the ski and the better the handling.
What is a rocker?
On a rocker ski, the tip and sometimes the heel come off the ground sooner than with a cambered ski.This moves the point of contact toward the centre of the ski. The surface of the skis in contact with the snow is shortened: they handle better and have more buoyancy on soft snow. When leaning into turns, the edge length offers more grip on hardpack. The longer the rocker, the better the ski handles.

Au départ comparativement à mes skis réguliers je les trouvais passablement trop légers et plus ou moins stables sur surface damée . Après une chute de 15-25 cm de neige fraîche j’ai vraiment prouvé leur vocation . Bonne stabilité, et maniabilité. Excellente flottaison sur l

En tant que débutant pour du hors piste, je trouve ces skis incroyable et je me permet de contredire les avis négatifs postés clairement par des gens qui ne savaient pas quoi acheter. Alors oui ces skis ne sont pas idéales sur de la glace ou du gazon, mais faut-il vraiment le
mentionner quand on achète ce type de ski ? Ils sont maniables, léger, passe partout et ultra bien conçus. J'ai pris en 170cm et je fais 1m80. Je passe aussi bien dans les champs de bosse, que dans du hors piste. Merci Decath de proposer l'accessibilité sur ce genre de produit qui coutent normalement le double voir le triple.

Bonjour, je n'ai pas vraiment aimé mes skis mais je dois dire que je ne les ai pas testés dans de bonnes conditions, la neige était mauvaise et les chaussures louées un peu trop grandes donc ce n'est pas idéal pour bien sentir ses skis.

Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié skié avec ces skis que j'ai trouvé très lourd, très grand pour la taille, peu maniable et pas adapté à la neige qui se faisait très rare. Cette appréciation est peut-être également dû au fait que je n'avais jamais skié avec des skis de free-ride. I
l m'a fallu donc apprendre à skier différemment, davantage sur l'arrière. J'ai eu la sensation d'être complétement débutante alors que j'ai un bon niveau de ski et de la technique.
