A lightweight, comfortable, fun frame

Our designers created a frame that’s easy to get onto. The 100% aluminum CGF frame (Comfort Geometry Frame) is both comfortable and easy to handle. The slope angle keeps your back straight while the lower rear bases ensure the bike is very agile during turns.

Derailleur & drive train: A single chainring like the pros!

The single chainring is easy and efficient to use: 1 chainring and 9 speeds. accelerate on the flat and take on climbs with no compromise. Front suspension

The 80 mm (3") front suspension helps you overcome your first obstacles on slightly uneven trails with no worries. Easily adjust the hardness using U-Fit technology (weight adjuster). Simply set the number to your weight (55 kg to 105 kg [120 to 230 lbs]) using the dial on the fork.

27.5” wheels and tires for dry terrain

The 27.5” wheels of the ST 120 are tolerant and sturdy, with 19 mm (3/4”) double-walled rims with 28 spokes. Slow down without worrying about obstacles: small rocks, cracks, holes, and bumps! Because your first tours will be on dry ground, the Dry 27.5 x 2.0 tires are most suitable. Their performance is optimized with a rounded central section and side lugs that provide good grip on turns.

Mechanical disc brakes

The Tektro TKD 68 160 mm (6") double disc brakes provide powerful, progressive braking at the front and rear. The aluminum Tektro brake levers are precise, and easy to hold. It takes only two fingers to brake. Three or four series of 10 dry, intermittent stops are enough to break in your pads. Try to get your brakes adjusted at least once a year.

Handlebars, stem, grips

With a stem that tilts 10° upwards, the riding position of the ST 120 is raised, accessible, and comfortable. In detail: 90 mm (3 1/2”) aluminum stem with an angle of 10° for maximum comfort - 640 mm (25") wide steel handlebar, for stability and control -"Soft touch” lamellar grips for a firm yet soft and pleasant grasp.

Saddle:

The saddle of the ST 120 is welded to prevent movement. And because your comfort is our priority (after safety), we’ve added an exclusive, wider Ergofit saddle with a hammock shape. Easily adjust the height of your saddle with the Flex steel seat post, either 350 mm or 400 mm [14" or 16"] long (according to the bike size). Its reduced diameter of 27.2 mm (1") provides your seat with natural flexibility, 30% more than a standard solution.

Platform pedals:

The Rockrider ST 120 mountain bike comes with resin mountain bike platform pedals for lower weight and increased safety. If your foot slides on the pedal, there’s less risk of injury.

Transport and storage

We added a quick-release system for easily attaching/removing the front wheel. Our advice: a bike rack is an easy way to transport your mountain bike without getting your car dirty.

What size mountain bike should I choose?

Several sizes available: S: between 1.50 m and 1.64 m (4’11" and 5’4") M: between 1.65 m and 1.74 m (5’5" and 5’8") L: between 1.75 m and 1.84 m (5’9" and 6’) XL: between 1.85 m and 2.00 m (6’1" and 6’6") To adapt the bike to your height, try these tips: 1. You should be able to touch the ground with the tips of your toes when sitting on the saddle. 2. When your foot is on the pedal in the lowest position, your knee should be slightly flexed. 3. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size.
