I've had this kayak since spring 2023 and have probably taken it out on 20-30 outings so far. I just love this thing. It's super stable and comfortable. I used it on a kayak-camping trip in the summer of 2024 with about 2-3 hours of paddling each day and it performed flawlessl
y. Being inflatable, it's easy to carry around in your car's trunk. Since it comes with a carrying bag with straps, you could also carry it around in public transit, although the kayak is heavy enough that you probably wouldn't want to walk miles with this thing on your back. Being inflatable and quite wide, it will never match the performance of a hard shell kayak, but that's totally expected. What you lose in performance, you gain in portability and stability. Some reviewers have complained about the need to deflate the kayak after every outing and not being able to let it dry out inflated in direct sun. That's thermal expansion for you, baby. It's never been a problem for me because I always need to deflate it anyway to put it in the car, and I just let it dry out outside once I'm home, deflated. But if the inflation/deflation cycle gets on your nerves because you don't need the portability you get as compensation, get a hard shell kayak and move on. I'll strike one star because some (non-structural) pieces have started become unglued, so I've had to glue them back on, but it's nothing that has affected performance or safety. First tip: if you're hesitating between the cheaper KTI 100 and this one, don't: although it's cheaper, because of its design the KTI 100 will be more complicated to dry and may develop mold over time. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra dollars. I doubt you'll regret it. Second tip: if you choose to buy KTP 100 adjustable split paddle to go with the kayak, get the longer (230 cm) one. With the kayak's wide body it'll be more comfortable (or so said someone on the Internet for a review of this kayak). Last note: if you're looking for a kayak to take with you on a raging river, this is not it. But then again, if you're experienced enough to go down rapids, you know this already. But if you just want paddle on a lake or a river with mild currents, this boat has you covered. I usually use it solo, but it sits two adults comfortably (although you'll obviously lose some carrying space). If you end up deciding to buy this kayak, I hope you have as much fun with it as I have!

Had some issues originally setting up But once we got the hang of it they are great. We ended up out in a bit of wind and was quite choppy. Felt very safe and stable.

We needed a tandem kayak for family members to join us on vacation. This kayak worked a treat. It exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use and performance.

The stability of this kayak is not the best, it seems to be tilting on one side a little more getting water in.

I've taken this kayak out three times in three weeks and I'm pleasantly surprised by the build quality and how it feels on the water! The drop stitch tech is a must-have in the today's modern kayak, and the kayak is perfectly stable for myself and my 50lb dog (who was constant
ly moving around, sitting down, and standing up on the sides). The only thing I was left wanting more in was the backpack quality... it feels thin and minimally padded, although the tarped bottom is great for durability. A tip for those who also buy the pump... use the long strap to tie the seats with the tightly rolled kayak, otherwise it won't fit in the bag.

As good as expected. Only minor complaint is that they use 2 different air filling nozzles. I'm sure I'll lose the adapter at some point. All else is excellent. Well made. Stable. Roomy. Just what I was looking for.

Finally used it this past weekend and it’s awesome! Two larger guys fit in it fairly comfortably and we were very stable and it tracked well. Super happy with it and look forward to using it again this coming weekend.

Bought this for its portability to use for both fishing and touring. Got to test it for several days fishing at a remote lake with friends. I previously had a model that had vinyl tubes inside a nylon shell and a 'soft' floor and found it had an almost 'mushy' feel and didn'
t glide all that well. This one is far superior it glides very easily with minimal paddling effort. I've had a couple big guys in it that bring it close to its weight limit and still felt remarkably stable. Not a lot of extra space for a couple 6 footers but still OK. It will be great for just me and my wife. Love the firmness and stability. A bit tight for 2 to fish from but still doable - for 1 its great and I even feel comfortable moving around in it to shift positions, clean fish, etc.. I built a lightweight motor mount for a small electric trolling motor and it works great. Friends were super impressed with how light the kayak is. A couple criticisms - 1. the seats are not comfortable. The inflatable seat bed is OK but the back not so much - I'm looking for some kind of replacement. 2. The little tabs that hold the paddles onto the side of the kayak are just too short and the paddles keep falling off. 3. You get a patch kit with the kayak but no glue. When I went to Decathlon to ask about the glue I got a blank stare no real answers - what's with this??? Overall though I'd say its a great product and I'm very pleased.
