Choosing the right size
Choose your bike size based on your height and build (arm span and leg length). If you are between sizes, opting for the smaller size will give you a more comfortable position that makes it easier to tackle gravel trails. Frame
New Triban Evo frame in 6061 T6 aluminum, comfort-oriented geometry with adapted sloping Weight: 1,780 g (63 oz) in size M.Strong, versatile frame: you can attach mudguards and a pannier rack. Normative compatibility with tires with a cross-section of up to 36. The special work done on the frame enables good lateral rigidity and good vibration dampening. Fork
Triban Evo fork with carbon blades and aluminum 1 1/8" (28.5 mm) Aheadset steerer tube. This fork combines comfort, low weight, and precision. Tire sizes
Please be aware of the risk of tires that are over 36 mm (1 2/5"). Even if the space between the wheel and the fork and frame is enough for 40 mm (1 1/2") tires, you might fall off your bike if your shoe comes into contact with the front tire. This can happen at low speeds on tight turns and will depend on the size of the frame and the installation of your SPD cleats on your sole.

acheté en février 2021, après 6000km, j'ai uniquement changé les pneus (à l'époque les Hutchinson touareg de série avaient tendance à côté crever). J'ai aussi changé les plaquettes après 4000km. Aujourd'hui j'ai des Michelin Power Gravel line 700mm en 35mm qui passent très bie
n en chemins/gravel tant qu'il n'y a pas trop de boue fraîche. Le freinage pourrait être plus puissant. C'est peut être dû au système mécanique/hydraulique. Des freins hydrauliques plus simples auraient peut-être mieux fonctionné. Mais ça reste très bien. Pour le reste je n'ai rien changé et je suis très satisfait, notamment du groupe Shimano 105. je ne déraille jamais et peux même me permettre de passer des vitesses en montée en danseuse. Je recommande pleinement ce vélo au rapport qualité-prix imbattable

Après 1 000km avec ce vélo depuis 6 mois, je peux vous le recommander à 100% si : - Vous cherchez un vélotaf - Vous voulez faire des sorties sur route sans faire de compétition - Vous voulez faire des sorties gravel sur des terrains peu boueux et peu accidentés Je l'uti
lise pour aller au travail et compléter ma pratique du trail avec des sorties sur route entre 30 et 90km et il répond à toutes mes attentes ! Vélo très confortable, autant grâce à la selle que la position avec les cocottes relevées. Le double plateau et les 11 vitesses du Shimano 105 sont un bonheur pour monter des côtes ou attaquer fort en descente ou sur du plat, la transmission est super fluide, facile à régler au besoin (merci les tutos Decat') et très précise. Le cintre est très confortable également, on place facilement ses mains. Enfin, le cadre et la fourche absorbent plutôt bien les chocs pour une utilisation sur route. Comme ce vélo a pour moi un usage 100% route, j'ai changé les pneus pour des Michelin endurance pro 4 en 25" qui permettent un rendement supérieur. Les Hutchinson Overide en 35" vous assurent un confort à toute épreuve et une adhérence parfaite, même en cas de pluie et dans les virages. J'ai également été très surpris par leur rendement qui est quasi équivalent (légèrement inférieur, mais c'est normal, aux Michelin endurance Pro 4). Seul petit hic (mais j'ai également eu le cas avec mon EXPL 540) : la peinture est fragile ! Avant de mettre une sacoche sur le cadre, mettez les protections plastiques vendues par Décathlon (ou autre) pour éviter les marques sur celui-ci. Enfin, n'ayant jamais fait de gravel avec celui-ci, je ne me prononcerai pas sur cet usage mais vu les vibrations que l'on peut ressentir sur les routes accidentées, je conseillerai un usage "gravel du sud" avec des chemins caillouteux, peu gras et peu accidentées car dans le Nord avec toute la boue que l'on a et les chemins de forêts accidentés par les débardeuses, je privilégierai le VTT personnellement ! Dans cette gamme de prix, aucune marque de vélo n'offre un aussi bon rapport qualité/prix, merci encore Décathlon et merci pour le montage des pédales semi-auto à l'achat et du porte bidon !

Plutôt très satisfait de ce Gravel, maintenant cela fait 2 ans que je roule avec et j'ai quasiment rien à redire (après je l'entretien de mon côté après chaque sortie). Les freins sont très moyens mais le reste fait très bien le travail même en off road.
