Fleece material: Insulates with air
The brushed fleece component is designed to trap air. This air acts as a natural insulator, keeping the body warm.
Component breathability
To assess the fabric’s breathability or the evaporative resistance, RET (test based on the ISO 11092 standard) is measured. The lower the fabric’s resistance, the more perspiration evaporates and the more breathable the fabric. For example: RET < 9 = extremely breathable fabric/9 < RET < 12 = very breathable fabric/12 < RET < 20 = breathable fabric/RET > 20 = little or no breathability
Component durability
We conduct lab tests to ensure the highest durability standards: an abrasion- and friction-resistance test to ensure that the fleece does not pill; a colourfastness test; and an aging test to ensure that repeated washing does not alter the fabric’s properties, behaviour, thickness, or appearance.

Love these. Was really well and dry easily. Kids wear them to preschool and forest school and I know they’ll be up to the job. Warm and light. So good that I’ve had to buy more so they have spares for their kit bag.
