How to dress properly for hiking in cold weather
To face the winter, follow the 3-layer technique: 1) Technical and breathable base layer. 2) Sweater or fleece for warmth and moisture transfer. 3) Jacket for protection against bad weather. Make sure it is all breathable to wick away moisture.
Care
To machine wash your fleece without damaging it, choose a 40°C synthetics cycle. Turn it inside out and check that all pockets are closed. Don't exceed a 1000 rpm spin speed to protect the fabric. Do not tumble dry.
