How do I use this wooden massage tool?
It couldn't be simpler! Thanks to its format and 3 balls, our wooden massage tool enables different types of self-massage. For a localised massage, vary the pressure to change the intensity, with one of the 3 balls on the massage tool. For a more all-over massage, make circular movements, in one direction, then the other. The 3 points (or balls) are in contact with the skin.
