To optimize the effectiveness of the calf sleeve, take various precise measurements around your larger calf and choose the appropriate calf sleeve size.
Size S – calf circumference: 28 / 31 cm (11 / 12")
size M - calf circumference: 32 cm (12 1/2") / 35 cm (14")
Size L – calf circumference: 36 / 39 cm (14 / 15")
size XL - calf circumference: 40 cm (16") / 43 cm (17")

How to choose your size

Slide your calf sleeve over itself from the calf down to the ankle.
Using both hands, stretch your calf sleeve out to the side to get it over your foot and roll it carefully up the leg from just above the ankle joint.
Adjust the leg sleeve so that it is just below the knee, ensuring the material is evenly spread around the calf, with no folds along the leg.*

How to slip the calf sleeve on

*If you still can't get the leg sleeve right above the ankle joint and just below the knee, priority should always be given to the fit below the knee.
