This ball bag is the second generation of the Kipsta ball bag. For this version, our designers focused on the opening system. On the previous model, the opening/closing system wasn't durable enough to stay closed in all situations.

We really can’t stress this enough: a well-inflated ball is the key to (or at least a key part of) a great game! Make sure you follow the instructions and inflate your ball properly.Did you know that a beach volleyball should be less inflated than an indoor volleyball? 0.18 to 0.22 bars for a beach volleyball, and 0.3 bars for an indoor volleyball. 
If you don’t have a pump with a pressure gauge, just touch it: it should be very soft and flexible to the touch.

This model is designed with a reinforced bladder to limit punctures and deformations. Our beach volleyball has been lab tested. The ball withstands 5,000 shots on a cement plate at a speed of 50 km/h and does not warp.

Our basketball design team works in an immersive sports environment at our R&D sports centre located in the north of France. Its ongoing mission is to make basketball players more comfortable as they play. All our products are designed with materials for which we have verified the quality in terms of moisture management, durability, etc. Each model is tested in the lab then in real-world conditions by basketball players for several weeks, as well as undergoing changes based on your feedback.

Engineers and product designers work closely together to develop and enrich our collection of soccer goals with innovative models. For the Classic Goal collection, we kept customer feedback in mind as we focussed on recreating the feel of playing with a real goal while ensuring a durable, safe, and high-quality product.

Design

We work with an in-house mechanics lab (on the B’twin Village site) that lets us validate our goal designs before we put them into production.

For example, to assess a product's solidity, we perform load tests that simulate a child's weight. During this test, we apply a 35 kg (75 lb) load make sure that the goals don't deform.

This goal better resists impacts thanks to the reinforced corners, metal attachments, and more durable round tube.
A rust-resistant treatment and more durable paint protects it from rust for 5 years. The result: It withstands 3 times more shots than our previous models and holds up for at least 5 years of normal use.
