How do the BL 100 Ski Base Layer Bottoms fit?

Polyester is the most-used fibre for base garments because it is relatively inexpensive, offers excellent performance, and can be knit to obtain a very lightweight and durable fabric. It actively absorbs moisture but does not dry particularly well when wet.

What gear do you need for sledding?

The Trilugik range was designed for the whole family. This seat can be easily clipped onto the adult and kid sleds to transform them into a baby sled with a seat. The sleds can also be fitted together for easy transportation and storage.

What is the Trilugik system?

This sled is repairable. As part of a sustainability approach, the brakes, handle, harness and Trilugik strap can be obtained as spare parts on the Decathlon website.

What should I do if the brakes, handle, harness, or strap breaks?

For a child aged 1 to 3 years old, clip the Trilugik seat to a Trilugik kid or adult sled to create a sled with a seat. The junior sled is perfect for children under 50 kg (110 lb) to go sledding. The Trilugik adult sled has a capacity of 100 kg (220 lb) and can support one adult or two kids.

To Bring Warmth

All Wedze gloves and mittens have a water-repellent treatment that makes water slide across the fabric’s surface instead of being absorbed. This means the fabric does not become saturated. It remains light and warm. A treatment applied to the outer surface makes the fabric water repellent. To remain effective, this treatment must be renewed every 2 to 3 washes with specific products that are available in our stores.

Water repellency of the component

The mitten’s waterproof membrane consists of a very thin polymer film placed between the lining and the part of the glove in contact with the environment. This membrane acts as a barrier to make the product waterproof. The product’s exterior materials are also treated for water repellency. Only a rubber-type glove is watertight. Under extremely wet conditions, a glove with a membrane will have limited waterproofness.

All Wedze gloves and mittens are windproof. Did you know that the wind makes you feel colder? At an outside temperature of 0°C and a wind speed of 20 km/h, the temperature will feel like -10°C. Windproof fabrics limit wind chill and cold caused by the speed of the sport.
