Fogging happens because your body is warmer than the water around you.
The heat and moisture from your face create condensation inside the lenses, 
forming tiny drops that blur your vision.

A good anti-fog treatment changes how these drops behave: instead of staying separate, they merge to form a thin film of water, keeping your vision clear.

Why do my swimming goggles fog up?

Briefly immerse the goggles in water, then run a finger along the inside of the lenses (do not re-immerse afterward).
If fogging returns—usually after about 40 sessions—wash the inside of the lenses with mild liquid soap to remove any build-up. Avoid solid soap.

No need to worry about scratches: this new technology is highly resistant to abrasion.

How to activate the anti-fog

Soak the goggles, then run your finger inside the lenses to create a thin water film.

This stops fog from forming 
so you can see clearly throughout your swim.

If you take the goggles off and rest them on your forehead, the water film can break. Just run your finger inside again to bring it back.

How do these anti-fog goggles work?

A primer is applied to the inside of the lens to lock the anti-fog treatment in place. It protects against water, heat, and friction, keeping the coating stable and effective over time.

The anti-fog coating, applied on top, uses hydrophilic agents to stop fogging by causing water droplets to merge into a clear, invisible film.
The layer also adds scratch resistance, helping the goggles last longer.

Their watertightness depends on how well the silicone skirts match the shape of your face. 
Before buying, try the “suction cup” test, without using the strap. Position the goggles over your eyes and press gently: if they stay in place for a moment with slight suction, they’ll be watertight in the water. This test also helps spot any areas that feel uncomfortable on your face.

Size: How to choose your swimming goggles

These goggles are designed to fit the shape of your face without excessive tightening.

Over-tightening can cause discomfort, leave marks, and even let water in.

There is no need to press the lenses with your hands: a slight suction effect is enough for a secure, comfortable fit.

The straps should sit 2–3 cm above your ears for best comfort.

How to adjust your swimming goggles

Choose your lens colour based on light conditions in your swimming location.
For outdoor swimming or very bright pools, pick dark lenses to reduce glare and improve visual comfort.

For outdoor evening sessions or dimly lit pools, use clear lenses for better visibility.

The centre-mounted snorkel allows you to swim without being interrupted by your breathing, concentrating on your technique. Because coming up for breath isn’t necessary, the head stays still, thus making it easier to control and observe the body’s rotation.
Some research shows improved aerobic capacity from swimmers who use the centre-mounted snorkel because the body can handle the CO2 found in the same tube by which oxygen enters.

Uses of a centre-mounted snorkel 

With the centre-mounted snorkel, perform a series of kicks while keeping your head in a realistic position, always submerged. Use the pull buoy to isolate the arm work and concentrate on the pulling and recovery technique.

UPF (ultraviolet protection factor) is an international standard that measures  the proportion of UV rays a fabric lets through to your skin.
A UPF of 50+ means that the fabric blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA rays.

What does UPF 50+ mean?

The fitted waistband helps the leggings stay in place even when you fall into the waves. The cord at the front of the waistband is designed to be tied to a UV-protection T-shirt to keep it from riding up. This cord does not tighten the waist.
We recommend wearing a women’s top 500 anti-UV rash guard (available with short or long sleeves) in addition to these leggings for extra protection.

Materials

To get the most out of your wetsuit, it’s important to choose the right size. A surfing wetsuit should fit snugly and have no visible folds. It’s normal for the suit to feel too tight when dry; this discomfort will disappear once you’re in the water. A wetsuit that’s too big will be loose in certain areas, causing chafing and reduced insulation due to water penetration.

Choosing a size

The neck is designed to limit irritation. If you have sensitive skin, consider wearing a UV-resistant top under the wetsuit to reduce rubbing and chafing. To prevent chafing during longer outings, we recommend applying petroleum jelly around your neck and underarms. Make sure the flap is always inside the wetsuit to limit the risk of irritation with the zipper and the neck.

Our zips and fastenings are lab-tested for guaranteed durability and resistance to salt water. The zip is at the back of the wetsuit for greater comfort when lying down to paddle.

Fasteners

We are required by law to put a short cord on the zippers of children’s products to prevent the risk of strangulation. The cord is longer for kids aged 10+ so they can pull up the zipper themselves. A rip-tab strap keeps it from opening in the water.

The appearance of fogging depends on several factors, the difference in temperature between the body and the water, humidity levels, etc. 
Wear due to friction is one of the main causes.
If your goggles fog up, dip your lenses in the water and a protective film will reform.
It is normal for the performance of the anti-fog coating to drop over time.

We provide an anti-fog marker that reactivates an ageing anti-fog treatment and makes your goggles last longer.

Fogging

The seal of the Swim goggles relies on the silicone skirts being correctly fitted to the shape of your face. 
Before purchase, we advise you to do the "suction" test without the strap. 
If the goggles stay on the face by themselves with a little suction, the product will be watertight during your swim. This also enables you to spot any areas of discomfort or annoyance when the model is on the face.
This model comes in sizes S (narrow faces) and L.

How to adjust your goggles

We recommend: 
- rinsing your goggles (only if necessary) by simply dipping it in water
- not spraying the inner surface of the lenses with powerful jets of water.
- storing the goggles in their case after each session to prevent damage to the lenses (on the inner surface as there is an anti-fog coating and on the outer surface to prevent scratches)
- not exposing them to temperatures of over 60°C

The colour of your lenses should suit your swimming location and its lighting.
If you swim outdoors or in a swimming pool with bright lighting, it is preferable to use smoked lenses for greater comfort and reducing the glare.

If you’re outdoors in the evening or the pool is dark, use clear lenses.
