We conducted a study on the effects of compression when running. The study proved that when runners wear Kiprun compression socks: 1 - Improved blood flow by 47%, increasing oxygen levels in the muscles 2 - Reduced vibration in the tissues, decreasing muscle damage 3 - Improved running biomechanics As a result, wearing Kiprun sleeves improves running performance.
During exertion
The compression from the sock is effective DURING exertion. This sock is not suitable for recovery.
How to choose your size
For superior performance, take various precise measurements of your biggest calf and select the matching sock size. size M - calf circumference: 32 cm (12 1/2") / 36 cm (14") Size L – calf circumference: 37 cm (14 1/2") / 41 cm (16")
How to slip the calf sleeve on
Roll your sock back over itself from the calf down to the ankle. Using both hands, stretch your sock out to the side to get it over your foot and ankle, then roll it carefully up the leg from just above the ankle joints. Adjust the sock so it stops just below the knee, ensure the material is evenly spread around the calf with no folds along the leg.*
